What we do to be more Sustainable

Sustainability through our services

Our business is building bespoke event and exhibition stands, which can sometimes be an unsustainable activity. When we get the designs for an exhibition stand or Event, it is already too late to fundamentally make it more sustainable, that is why we are focused on having a dialogue with our customers about how to make their event, exhibition stand or activation more sustainable in the design phase. This includes improving the design to reduce waste, providing options for more sustainable materials and ensuring there is a proper plan for the lifecycle of every item that is purchased or made.

Local Community

Sustainability is woven into every stage of the build. Wherever possible, we work with recycled and recyclable materials, ensuring nothing goes to waste once the event is over. Off-cuts and surplus elements — from tennis balls to textiles — are donated to local schools and community groups for creative reuse, while larger structures are dismantled and repurposed for future projects. By keeping materials in circulation and giving them a second life within the local community, the installation not only delivers impact on the day but also left a lasting positive footprint.

Responsible material usage and waste

Our approach to responsible material use has three levels, the first is to use lower impact materials, for example FSC certified wood or recycled plastics. Second is to focus on efficient use of materials, this means calculating what we need, trying to get the most out of every sheet of wood, and also reusing materials and offcuts for new projects.
